Same crew, every visit
Ray Hollis started with one mower and a pickup in 1994. His sons run the crews now, and most of our people have been with us over five years.
That matters more than it sounds: the crew that shows up in April already knows where your sprinkler heads are and which beds flood.

Plow routes for the winter
We clear about 120 driveways in Webster and Penfield. A few places are left on the north route.
-
A crew for patios and walls
Mike Hollis now runs a crew just for hardscaping, so a patio no longer waits for a gap in the mowing.
We’re hiring
-
Seasonal crew member
Full time, April to November · $18 to $22 an hour
Mowing, planting and cleanups with one of our crews. A driver’s license helps; we’ll teach the rest.
-
Plow driver
On call, December to March · $28 an hour
Early mornings after a snowfall. A clean driving record is all you need; the truck is ours.
What neighbors say
Twelve inches overnight and my driveway was clear before I was awake. Eight winters now, never once had to call and ask.
They rebuilt a retaining wall two other companies said would need the whole bed dug out. It didn’t, and they said so before quoting.
